To start a return, you can visit your customer account page by clicking here 

 

We have a 10-day return policy. Once you receive your item, you will have 10 days from the time it was delivered to submit a return request. 

To be eligible for a return:

You will need your order number or receipt. 

Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once you receive your label, you will have 7 days to use it. The label will expire in 7 days, and your return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will refund you in the form of in-store credit. 

We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds will be issued in the form of in-store credit. 

We do not accept returns on any of the following items: Face masks, clearance items, items marked as FINAL SALE, or accessories.

Free returns are valid for US customers only.

Returns are available for apparel only, purchased through our website, mikulture.com 

All sales are final on all clothing purchased in person at festivals. 

Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
