Policies

Payment and Shipping

Once your order is placed and payment is received, it will be packaged up accordingly, and shipped out to you. Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days. 

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you have provided. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible to repay shipping of the item in full.

We are not responsible for shipping delays resulting from errors, weather, acts of god, errors made by the shipping company, errors or omissions provided by the customer, or delays to shipping that are out of our control.  No guarantees are made as to the exact shipping and arrivals dates. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns 

Please note that we will not issue cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.

The customer will be responsible for the return postage.

The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways, on all sale items. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. We will do one exchange per item/order, so please refer to the size chart to ensure you receive the correct size. Exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted. 

Only brand new items can be returned or exchanged. Once your returned/exchanged items are received and inspected we will process your request accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion. 

Items purchased at festivals or shows, must be exchanged at the same festival or show and on the same day where/when it was purchased. No returns will be accepted at any shows or festivals.

Once you leave the festival or show, no exchanges or returns will be processed.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON FACE MASKS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, FLASH SALES, ACCESSORIES, AND ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE IN TITLE  

*Returns & exchanges are only eligible if the item is unused, unwashed, & has not been altered in any way. All items must be sent back in original packaging 

*Exchanges are only available for apparel

*We are not responsible for any errors or lost packages due to the shipping company.

*Return/Exchange inquiries must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

*Customers outside of the Continental United States are not covered under our return/exchange policy and must pay all additional shipping costs

*Cusomers are responsible for shipping payments both ways for exchanges on all sale items

Backorder & Pre-sale Items

Backorder & pre-sales will be shipped to you in 4-6 weeks. If you are wanting other items that are in stock, please make separate purchases. 

Pick Up Orders

On orders where the pick up option is selected, if you fail to pick up your order, you will be charged additional shipping costs.
