Payment and Shipping
Once your order is placed and payment is received, it will be packaged up accordingly, and shipped out to you. Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days.
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you have provided. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible to repay shipping of the item in full.
We are not responsible for shipping delays resulting from errors, weather, acts of god, errors made by the shipping company, errors or omissions provided by the customer, or delays to shipping that are out of our control. No guarantees are made as to the exact shipping and arrivals dates.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
You will need your order number or receipt.
Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once you receive your label, you will have 7 days to use it. The label will expire in 7 days, and your return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will refund you in the form of in-store credit.
We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds will be issued in the form of in-store credit.
We do not accept returns on any of the following items: Face masks, clearance items, items marked as FINAL SALE, or accessories.

Backorder & Pre-sale Items
Backorder & pre-sales will be shipped to you in 4-6 weeks. If you are wanting other items that are in stock, please make separate purchases.
Pick Up Orders
On orders where the pick up option is selected, if you fail to pick up your order, you will be charged additional shipping costs.
